By accessing or using Web Health (operated by Qcial Labs), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access Web Health.

Continued use of Web Health following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Permitted Use & Service Scope

Web Health provides free public web diagnostic tools including DNS lookups, SSL checks, security header analysis, and domain health monitoring.

You agree to use the service only to inspect domains you own or have explicit permission to test.
Automated scraping, excessive query flooding, or attempts to denial-of-service our infrastructure are strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to rate-limit or block IP addresses that abuse or attempt to compromise our infrastructure.

3. User Accounts & Fair Usage

Most tools on Web Health are accessible without registration. Where account registration is offered, you are responsible for maintaining credentials.

You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials used to access our services.
You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Fair usage limits apply to ensure reliable service availability for all users.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The service, original content, features, code, and design of Web Health are owned by Qcial Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Trademarks, brand assets, and branding elements of Web Health and Qcial Labs may not be used without prior written approval.
Domain diagnostic data fetched from public DNS and server endpoints remains property of their respective domain owners.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use generated diagnostic reports for personal or internal business purposes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Web Health is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Diagnostic results are generated from publicly available network data and third-party APIs.
We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, completeness, or continuous uptime of diagnostic tools.
Reports provided by our tools are informational and should not replace professional cybersecurity or legal audits.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Qcial Labs, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We are not liable for website downtime, lost data, security breaches, or revenue loss resulting from reliance on diagnostic output.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the service.

7. Governing Law & Contact

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law provisions.
